I had a very lukewarm reaction to this one. The writing was good; interesting, fast-paced, and engaging. The characters felt realistic, but I just wasn't invested in figuring out the outcome. The novel wasn't quite the thriller I wanted it to be. It is definitely a book I can see other readers connecting with, it just wasn't my cup of tea. Good as Gone is absolutely worth reading because the plot felt fresh and unique from the other "missing persons" novels I've read lately. I'd love to hear if you liked it more than I did.
