Prep time: 25 Minutes and 25 minutes to cook
Tweaks: I added traditional burger spices: salt, pepper, thyme, garlic powder, paprika, and a chili powder. We used raw union.
Review: This appetizer was okay. They tasted great, but my Wisconsin crowd needed there to be more cheese in the middle and the use of raw union made the union overpowering. With a few more tweaks, these could be great.
