Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts


Prep time: 25 Minutes

Tweaks: I used 4oz of fresh spinach instead of frozen. I definitely could have used all 8oz of the spinach called for by the recipe and it still would've been great. Mixing the fresh spinach in was a little more tricky than mixing frozen, I assume.

Review: I made this dinner for a friend's birthday and it was a big hit. It was so good. I'm absolutely using this in my normal dinner recipe rotation. This was an excellent meal.
